McMinnville, Sparta, Smithville, and Spencer, TN – Members of the Caney Fork Electric Cooperative (CFEC) are invited to attend the Annual Meeting on Saturday, October 19. The meeting will be held at the Milner Recreation Center, located at 500 Garfield St, McMinnville, TN 37110.
The event promises to be an afternoon of fun, featuring a BBQ meal and live entertainment from the T.C. Bryant Band. Members will also have the opportunity to participate in the election of directors and engage in discussions on important cooperative business, requiring a quorum of 2% of the membership or 100 members, whichever is less.
All CFEC members are welcome to attend, and those voting on behalf of organizations must bring a properly executed proxy. This is a great opportunity to connect with your cooperative, contribute to its future, and enjoy a day of community spirit!
