Promotion Terms and Official Rules

The following rules apply to all promotions, contests, and sweepstakes (collectively referred to as "Promotions") conducted by Main Street Media or any of its radio stations. Additional or specific rules may apply to certain Promotions, as outlined in the individual Promotion announcements or summaries. If discrepancies exist, the specific Promotion rules will prevail. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other social platform unless explicitly stated.

1. Organizer

The official organizer of this Promotion is Main Street Media or any of its radio stations (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").

2. Eligibility

Promotions are open to all legal residents of Tennessee who are [18] years of age or older as of the entry date. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure compliance with local laws regarding participation. Promotions are void where prohibited by law. Immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and household members of employees, contractors, or affiliates of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins and ends at the dates and times specified in the individual Promotion announcement ("Promotion Period"). All times are in Central Time Zone. The Organizer’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

4. How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

To participate, entrants must:

  • Complete the entry requirements as outlined in the Promotion announcement (e.g., submit a form, upload content, follow on social media).

  • Ensure all entries comply with the stated requirements.

Entries that do not meet the stated criteria, are incomplete, or are received after the Promotion Period ends will be disqualified. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

5. Entry Terms

Entrants may submit multiple entries only if specified in the Promotion announcement. By submitting an entry, entrants grant the Organizer a royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide license to use the entry content for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion.

6. Content Restrictions

Entries must not:

  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Contain obscene, defamatory, or inappropriate material.

  • Promote illegal activities or harm to individuals or groups.

Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries violating these conditions.

7. Prizes

Prizes will be outlined in the Promotion announcement. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted unless determined by the Organizer. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected as outlined in the Promotion announcement (e.g., random draw, judging panel). Winners will be notified via the contact method provided upon entry. Failure to respond within [7] days will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Comply with these rules and the decisions of the Organizer.

  • Allow the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if technical or other issues compromise its integrity.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • Technical errors or interruptions.

  • Lost, incomplete, or delayed entries.

  • Unauthorized access or tampering.

By entering, participants release the Organizer and its affiliates from liability related to the Promotion.

11. Governing Law

The Promotion is governed by the laws of Tennessee. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Tennessee.
